Our programs are designed to meet the Georgia Department of Driver’s Services Requirements. Our instructors have all completed the required training and certifications. Our instructors are professionals in the Addiction Treatment or Human Services field. We have 26 years of experience in Substance Abuse Education and Treatment. Our DUI Risk Reduction and Defensive Driving Class Curriculum is Georgia DDS Approved. All students who complete the required class will receive an official Georgia Department of Driver’s Services Certificate within 24 hours.

Glynn was a Certified Addiction Counselor who worked with The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia and the Georgia Department of Corrections for over 30 years. He retired in 2015 and passed away in 2016. Glynn’s step-son, John Ivey, assumed the program responsibilities in 2016. John completed his BS in Addiction Studies and is a Certified Addiction Counselor. He has worked with the program since its founding. John has been a DUI program instructor, outpatient counselor, and inpatient program director for 26 years. He is approved by the Georgia DBHDD and The Federal DOT to provide Clinical Evaluations and referrals. John’s oldest daughter, Caroline Swain, has been with the program since 2007. She has a BS in Social Services from Mercer University. Caroline has been a Defensive Driving and DUI Risk Reduction instructor. She is the current program director and runs the daily functioning at the offices.
Driving defensively includes controlling your speed, looking ahead and being prepared for unexpected events, being alert and distraction-free, and preparedness for all sorts of actions and reactions of other drivers.
Our classes are available remotely using state-approved protocols via Zoom.
All program fees are mandated by state law.
